What is the TDA?

How does it work?

You will be employed by a school and receive a salary as you develop your skills and confidence. Throughout the course you will have 60% (three days a week) on-the-job training and 40% (equivalent to two days) off-the-job time with a combination of online and in-person sessions delivered through our partnership with the University of Sussex. The University of Sussex will be delivering the Maths subject-specific component and support.
